Refund & Cancellation

Consultations

• Rescheduling: you may reschedule once, free of charge, by informing us at least 24 hours before your slot.
• Cancellation by you: cancellations made at least 24 hours before the slot are refunded in full (minus payment gateway charges). Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed sessions, are not refundable.
• Cancellation by us: if we need to cancel, you can choose a new slot or a full refund.
• Once a consultation has been delivered, it cannot be refunded.

Courses

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the batch starts are refunded in full (minus payment gateway charges).
• After that, fees are not refundable, but you may transfer to a later batch once, subject to availability.
• If we cancel or postpone a batch, you can choose a later batch or a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days after approval.
