Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

Astro Kutir ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through astrokutir.com and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Contact details — name, phone / WhatsApp number, email and city, when you send an enquiry, book a consultation or enroll in a course.
  • Birth details — date, time and place of birth, only when you provide them for an astrology or numerology consultation.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details; we only receive a payment reference and status.
  • Basic technical data — such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the website working.

How we use it

  • To prepare for and deliver your consultation or course, and to contact you about it.
  • To send booking and enrollment confirmations and important updates.
  • To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our services (for example, Razorpay for payments and our hosting provider), or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we must keep it by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by writing to us at info@astrokutir.com.

Client accounts

If you create an account, we keep your name, email address, phone number (if given) and the birth details you save for yourself and others. Dr. Anuradha Garg can see your saved birth charts to prepare your consultations. Please save someone else’s birth details only with their permission. Email alerts are sent only if you switch them on. You can change or delete your saved charts, or delete your whole account, at any time from your account page.
